This aperitif is made by the infusion of spices and aromatic herbs in white wine and alcohol. Its aroma is intense and fruity with a dominating mandarin flavour. Its taste is sweet with a pleasant bitter finish. Served at a temperature of 10-15°C in a tulip-shaped glass.
