The ageing is done in oak casks using the traditional ""solera"" system. This method activates the ageing process so the vintage will exhibit all of the character of an aged brandy.The result is an amber brandy with gold highlights. 

Nose: The intence cooked, smoked flavours are surrounded by cedar aromas. 

Palate: Vanilla, cinammon, dry fruits and nuts with spices from the oak create a complex and well-structured palate, rich in tannins.

Aftertaste: The notes of roasted oak contribute to a prolonged, condensed and deep aftertaste.
