The ageing is done in oak casks using the traditional ""solera"" system. This method activates the ageing process so the vintage will exhibit all of the character of an aged brandy. The result is a topaz coloured brandy with beautiful greenish and old gold reflections. 

Nose: Very rich aromas with notes of walnuts and serene fruit.

Palte: Intense, silky and concentrated. Offers warm, spiced hints of vanilla and cinammon.

Aftertaste: Long and fruity.
